What kind of Web site is this?
This is a unique kind of Web site – a collaborative working tool for monitoring your health. The more information you enter, the more benefit you will get from the site’s services. By entering data into the Record pages, you will be able to create graphs and reports that will show trends in your health condition over time. You can then share this information with your healthcare team.
2. Membership
What are the advantages of being a member?
Our site is an online resource that allows you to store and track all of your health related data in a completely secure and private environment. Monitoring this information keeps you informed of your progress. You are also able to share information online with your healthcare team when you call to activate your InSight Card and register with us.
What if I forget my login name or password?
When you registered for InSight, a welcome message containing your login name was sent to the e-mail address that you provided. If you still have this message, it will contain your login name. If you do not have it, click Forgot Your Login Name? on the home page and enter the required information to receive your login name via email or US Mail.
iMetrikus uses the most advanced security and encryption technology to protect your records and identity. Therefore, our support team will not be able to tell you your Login Name or Password. If the process stated above does not work for you to remember your login name and password, the content of your record will no longer be available to you. You must start a new health record to continue using the site.

From under the InSight Tools heading, click on the click here to install them now text link.
When the Security Warning Window appears, click Yes.
When the process is finished, you will be able to verify the following files have been placed in the Downloaded Program Files directory:
crviewer.dll
MCSiMenu.ocx
MSCAL.ocx
secureXML.dll
swebrs.dll
teesmall.ocx

Does InSight overwrite my data each time I upload?
InSight will NOT overwrite data each time a device is uploaded. Only new records that were not previously uploaded will be added to your health record, which allows you to upload as often as you would like.
How fast are uploads?
The speed of uploads depends on the speed of the Internet connection as well as how many records of the data are in the device. A progress indicator is available during the upload to offer some guidance during the upload process.
